"Felt Misled by the Application Support"
I reached out for help with my application expecting someone to actually guide me through it, but the whole thing felt slow and confusing. The replies seemed like copy-and-paste answers and didn’t really address what I was asking. i felt a bit misled because I thought I’d be getting proper support, but it just ended up being frustrating...

"Not the easiest site, but it gets there eventually"
I’ll give them credit, the website does technically work, even if it made me feel like I was on a little scavenger hunt half the time. I kept clicking around in circles, and some of the info I wanted wasn’t exactly jumping out at me. If you already know what you’re looking for, it’s probably fine, but for someone just trying to compare options, it could definitely be smoother

"Not really worth the price"
I paid for it thinking it would make things easier and save me some time, but I’m not sure the quality is really there for what it costs. Most of the info felt basic, and I still ended up searching around elsewhere to get what I needed. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it didn’t feel worth the money.

I wasn’t really happy with the support, honestly. Customer service felt rude, rude for no reason, and it took way too long to get a response. Just a frustrating experience overall...

"Enrollment Left Me Feeling Wary"
Trying to enroll was a headache. The forms kept bouncing me around, and half the time I couldn’t tell what step I was even on. I started getting that uneasy feeling like I might miss something important or get pushed into something I didn’t fully understand.
I asked what I thought was a basic question, but the answers I got were vague, which made me even more nervous about being fooled or signing up for the wrong thing. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me, it just didn’t feel right to keep going

"Staff didnt feel very professional"
I didnt have the best experience with the staff here. The replies felt kinda cold and rushed, almost like they were just trying to end the chat as fast as possible.
I asked a few simple questions, but the answers were unclear and not that helpful. It just made the whole thing feel unprofessional, and I expected better support tbh.

Support isn’t always around when I actually need them, which is frustrating. It feels like the timing is always bad—when something comes up and I’m trying to get help quickly, that’s when the response takes the longest.

I was hoping the guidance would be more useful, but it didn’t help me much at all. Compared to other support or advice I’ve gotten before, this felt vague and not very practical.

I’ll be honest, the whole document process here left me uneasy. I sent over what they asked for, and in my head I figured, okay, that part should be simple and straightforward.
But the follow-up was confusing, and I ended up having to double-check things myself. Maybe I was using a bit of a mental shortcut, but once it felt disorganized, I immediately started assuming my papers weren’t being handled carefully.
Other people might have a smoother experience, but for me it was stressful. I wouldn’t go back to them for anything involving important documents...

So I couldn’t really figure out what the actual cost was until late in the process. It was frustrating and felt a little misleading, honestly. I just wish they had shown the prices upfront.

"Follow-up was all over the place"
The follow-up was really inconsistent. I kept having to chase them for basic updates, which got frustrating quickly. I mean, give me a break, just keeping me in the loop shouldn’t be that hard.

I went on educationpathways.biz thinking it would finally help me figure out which direction to take, but it felt a bit like walking into a maze without a map. There were definitely some useful bits of information here and there, but everything felt kind of scattered. By the end, I still wasn’t sure what steps I should take next or which pathway actually fit what I’m trying to do.
"The timing really threw me off"
I used educationpathways.biz because I was up against a deadline, which, was the whole point. At first I thought it would be fine, but then the updates started coming in late and I kept having to follow up myself. Not ideal when you're already watching the clock. Maybe the actual work would’ve felt different if the communication had been smoother, but the whole thing ended up being way more stressful than it needed to be. If timing matters for your project, I’d probably look elsewhere.

I wouldn’t really recommend this site. I went in hoping it would be helpful, but it just felt confusing and the information wasn’t that useful. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it felt like a waste of time. I definitely wish I had read some reviews first before bothering with it.

I reached out to my advisor a few different times, but the replies took way longer than I expected. And when I finally did hear back, the answers felt kind of rushed and didn’t really address what I was asking. I ended up feeling stuck and had to figure most of it out on my own.

"Course Matches Were Really Off"
I was expecting the course recommendations to be a better fit, but the matches I got were far from what I was looking for. A lot of the suggested courses just didn’t line up with my interests or goals. It left me feeling a bit frustrated and like the matching process didn’t really understand what I needed.

I tried Education Pathways thinking it might help me figure out a better study path, but it was disappointing. I didn’t come away with any useful direction, and it mostly felt like a waste of time. Just a heads up to others, I wouldn’t rely on it if you’re looking for real guidance.
